After a cracking day of Group 1 racing yesterday we will look to keep the winners rolling this Sunday at Wyong. The track is currently rated a Soft with the rail out 3 metres.

(1) Lady Of Luxury looks hard to beat as she returns to the track today. Still in search of her maiden win, she went very close last prep and I think she’ll come back a much improved horse today. Trial leading in was good, not overcomplicating this and just backing the best horse in the race.

(4) Warmth the clear danger and has put the writing on the wall with back to back 2nds to start her career. Should put herself up on speed and will look the winner at some stage.

(1) Arthur Francis is another who returns to the races today and should be a big improver this prep. This is the easiest race he’s faced to date after tackling some black type 2yo races last time in work. He started single figures on debut against Stay Inside and has been working well in the lead up to today.

(8) Dalchini looks hardest to beat and has been a horse I’ve wanted to follow out of the trials. Won both in strong fashion and won’t be a maiden for too long you’d imagine.

(11) Testimonial was good first up over 900m and should be primed to strike here today. The scratchings will help her cause as she now will only have to jump from barrier 7.

Billy Bestford

Billy has been an avid racing fan ever since he and a few mates started a punters club once they turned 18. Following the initial punters clubs, he was properly hooked after landing a nice collect on Admire Rakti in the 2014 Caulfield Cup and has had a soft spot for Japanese horses ever since. Is a massive fan of 'blinkers first time' and has been known to enjoy a 'Hail Mary' multi. Loves punting across metro Sydney and Melbourne every Saturday but isn't scared to venture West late in the day to find a Pikey special.
