(2) Safety Fuse has won two of her past three starts and sat three-wide the trip in the one she lost. The form from her last win is good, with Memorable Miss coming out and winning its next start. Draws well for Chris Parnham and will be hard to beat again.

(1) Advanced potentially wasn’t suited last start when sitting back in the field on a day where the rail was very hot early. Blinkers on for the first time today.

(3) Knot Secret was outclassed first up and was fair last start in that same race as Advanced, though did get the rails run in transit. McGruddy back on from the inside draw today are both positives and wouldn’t shock to see him run a good race.

(5) Northern Ruler trialled much better this time around and will go forward and take some catching.

The other two are no hope.

(9) The Velvet Queen ran into the likes of It’sarayday and The Front Bar on debut last prep. Sat three-wide the trip and still ran 3^rd. That form is elite, with It’sarayday winning the Fairetha Stakes and The Front Bar now having won four from seven. Tricky draw for Chris Parnham again today but looks a good race for her first up.

(6) Bell Lap gets an enormous jockey change today with Shaun McGruddy a late replacement for the indisposed Nicole Hopwood. Debut run was good, sitting three-wide the trip and battling on for 5^th. Draws the inside barrier today and can give this a good shake.

(8) Uni Queen trialled well.

(3) Kutsanya will go forward and will run well.

Probably needs further than 1200m but (10) Kiss Me More looks way over the odds at $51 after a good recent trial behind subsequent winner Rockin’ Rupert. The winner put 6L on the rest of the field and this filly made good ground out wide. Likely to be well back again and as mentioned, in need of more ground, but she’s a huge price.

(7) Seeable and (8) Dadirra come out of the same race behind Frigid and that form has stacked up with Acefire bolting in last week.

(1) Mr Fahrenheit has placed in six of 10 starts and will be hitting the line hard first up. Nearly won fresh last prep over a similar distance.

Chances don’t end there in a wide-open race.

(2) Ghost Who Walks finds a very suitable race today with an inside draw to boot. He was held up until about the 200m mark last start and hit the line well. Form behind Treasured Star and God Has Chosen in particular looks very good.

Stablemate (8) Pure Dynamite was also good over track and distance last start behind Heavenly Waters, who was beaten narrowly on Sunday at its next start. Good draw and senior jockey on today.

(4) So Sway ran the quickest trial of the morning when winning its heat in 1:01.10 here a couple of weeks back. Bar plates are off first up today so maybe they’ve got its feet right and we will see the best of him.

(8) Katona was a very good run with no luck two starts back behind Triple Missile but was a touch flat last time out. I think he’s worth giving another chance to at big odds today.

(6) Heart Of Couer wasn’t a bad run first up and then sat three-wide the trip on speed last start and still proved way too good. Going to need a good run from Tash Faithfull today from the inside gate.

(3) Island Missile has won two of his past three starts and you just about have to back anything the Gangemi’s saddle up at the moment.

(2) State Attorney drops out of 66+ grade back to a Wednesday with a claim and blinkers on for the first time. Points to a big run here.

(2) English Heritage gets Pike on today after three runs for Joe Azzopardi this prep. They throw the blinkers on for the first time so it signals she may be ready to win now.

(9) Star Of Rosie was a decent enough win on debut. Finds a harder race today but can be competitive.

(10) Patchwork drops out of Stakes company back to a midweek Class 1 for fillies and mares.

(5) Acefire was a big run two starts back when three-wide the trip and still hitting the line for 3^rd. They threw Pike on last week and went straight to the front and bolted in. Quick back-up again today for the third straight week but if he runs like he did last week, he’ll win again.

(6) Let’s Galahvant was backed off the map last start and duly saluted. Harder race today but gets the inside draw.

(12) Hilton broke the maiden at Narrogin on debut and did it easily. Again, this is harder but couldn’t do much more than what he did last start.

You couldn’t tempt me to back anything in this.

(1) Lady Duckworth might be ready now third up from a spell but does have to carry all the weight. Has had two runs back now to get fit and it was when she got to this distance last prep that she was effective.

(4) Phenomenal Anomaly was well backed last start when getting up in distance and got the job done. Huge concerns over the strength of that race though.

(8) Red Hot Hope was good from the back of the field last start, particularly through the line. Will be right back there again from barrier 13 though and will have plenty to do.

Plenty of other chances.
