(3) Son Of Sangio is an exciting horse winning two on the bounce to start his career. He was dominant winning in class 1 grade last start and the stable have spaced his runs nicely. Once again he comes into this off 3 weeks and clearly the fresher the better for him. Will race on speed and this looks a logical step through the grades.

(7) Zelady Luck will find this easier and is probably more suited on a drying track. Maiden win at this track was impressive.

Think (1) Calgary King will find this a tad easier and went extremely close to winning last start at Newcastle. From a good draw he looks to get a perfect trail and is ready to win another race.

(3) Spats Up Bowie will imporve off a solid fresh run and was a good winner at only 2nd up run last prep. Will go forward and can take some running down.

(4) American President will be another who should be better for the last start run. That was on this track and he is suited rising in trip here.

Billy Bestford

Billy has been an avid racing fan ever since he and a few mates started a punters club once they turned 18. Following the initial punters clubs, he was properly hooked after landing a nice collect on Admire Rakti in the 2014 Caulfield Cup and has had a soft spot for Japanese horses ever since. Is a massive fan of 'blinkers first time' and has been known to enjoy a 'Hail Mary' multi. Loves punting across metro Sydney and Melbourne every Saturday but isn't scared to venture West late in the day to find a Pikey special.
