I’ll put (4) Hollywood Park on top in a wide open race to start the day. Jump outs have been good and he’s a well-related 3yo. I’d expect them to take a forward enough position from barrier three and might be able to get away with this.
(5) Matsukaze went forward this track/trip last start and was only beaten late by a pretty handy one. Ready to win now with three good runs to his name this prep.
(3) Dun Warrior is another who has looked the part at the jump outs and no doubt Kah will give the horse every opportunity from gate 1.

(2) Adele Armour was a good winner fresh last prep and the horse she beat that day was Barb Raider. We all know the heights that horse has gone on to reach, recently winning the group 2 Kewney Stakes. This horse wasn’t out of place in some strong 2yo races towards the end of last prep and has jumped out really well for her return. Expect her to roll forward and I think she looks hard to beat.
(4) Bell Savoir could be the biggest danger and was quickly put away following a nice debut at Ballarat. Was well backed that day and has been jumping out well in readiness for her return.
I thought (5) Morean was entitled to do a bit more last start in weaker grade. The debut win was good however and the stable must have an opinion because she’s up in a bm70 now.

Like seeing (6) Furioso rising to this trip off the back of a really nice 3rd up effort over 2600m. Was really working strongly late to the line there and he just looks like an out and out stayeing type. He’s been building well this prep and 4th up now he is ready to show his best form.
(5) Alessandro is in the same boat with enough starts under the belt this prep for me to think he is ready to pull out a peak run. Been getting better the further they step him out so looks ready now.
(2) Eaton drops in grade for this and went very close to winning over this trip two back in a strong 78.
(1) Pearlman next best.

Very interesting race this and all eyes will be on the UK import (5) Old Flame. This horse won two races back in the UK, the most recent by 8.5L as a very short priced favourite. Only lossed have come on rain affected going so I think he will enjoy these conditions today. The trial was really impressive and the horse he crossed the line with there has since come out and bolted in. Kah jumps on from a good draw and I think he’s got a bit of X factor about him.
(3) Logan Street Lion is super honest and has only missed the quinella once on six tries. He’s flying with two good wins on the trot and loves 1400m. Looks another good placement from the stable and no doubt he is in this up to his ears.
(2) Faretti will be fitter for the good fresh run when only being beaten late by The Garden. That horse is very smart and 2nd up now he should be fitter. Expect Willo to rate him well up in the lead.
(4) Sessions Road attempts this trip for the first time but has come back well and looks a good each way chance.

Looking forward to seeing (1) Sense Of Honour back at the races after a long lay off. This horse looked like she could be anything with a couple of handy wins across her two early preps but has had a few setbacks. She’s now back and a recent jumpout was very impressive which is enough for me to think she’s ready to show her full potential now. The form out of the races she’s been in has been good.
(6) Lani Bang Bang looks a touch over the odds. I know she hasn’t been going as well recently but the first up run was encouraging and this is a horse who started $5 against Miss Albani and Excelida. Like the booking of Frosty Lane and she could spring an upset.
(5) Star Of Manhattan looks a threat with benefit of race fitness on her side now. She had excuses in the run fresh and is a winner at 2nd up run previously. If she finds the gaps in the straight she can win.
(7) Dancelittlesister has run 2nd now in both goes this prep and looks to lead this field up again. She will be at peak fitness now 3rd up and can take some catching.

Think (5) Oriental Legend will love rising to 1800m here and it was an extremely tough win last start when trapped wide throughout. Dug deep there and grinded away like a horse who will enjoy these middle distance races. He’s got the upside in this race.
Hard to knock (2) Ocean Chief who has now won three on the bounce when going to the lead. Expect he will do the same again here and if he runs the trip then he’s the one OL will have to catch.
(4) Deepstrike is the only horse here with a win over 1800m and is ready to do something 3rd up. Will get back and should be running on strongly.

(4) Stagger Together is flying and looks as good a chance as any in this race. Getting out to 1500m should be no problem after a dominant 3L win over 1400m last start. In a race like this, bringing winning form into it could be crucial.
(12) Vidiano was a pass mark when resuming after a long spell. Much better for that run and from barrier 5 she should see a really nice run in transit. Can win.
(2) Saint Of Katowice doesn’t win out of turn but is back in grade for this. Probably a touch unlucky this prep and if Kah can find the front or sit OSL without too much effort then he will be tough to beat.
(11) Lunares is a winner over this trip she will get run of the race from Lane.

(10) Lafargue looks a promising horse for connections and comes into this off an emphatic 6L win last start. This looks the logical step up in grade and I have no doubt she is better than 64 grade.
(4) Eltecee was popular at The Valley last start and was solid enough. Hasn’t run a poor race this prep and no doubt he is right in this again.
(5) Black Bolt ran very well at first start for 6 months and will be much improved off that. Has a win to his name 2nd up.
If (1) Marimenko brings his best form I think he will be winning. Just not sure how well he’s going.
