We’ve only got a small 6 race card today at Kembla Grange but there looks a couple of decent bets later in the afternoon.

The track is currently rated a heavy 8 while the rail position is as follows: +6m 1100m-W/Post; +4m Remainder.

(3) Chateau Park doesn’t win out of turn but has been a good first up performer in the past. Recent trials suggest he looks ready to run well and should handle the sting out of the ground. Looks a decent amount of speed and he should be the one out the back ready to launch late.

(4) Walkin’talkin’ will roll forward and be hard to catch coming off an impressive maiden win last start. Will have to do it against the older horses here but looks progressive and will be infront of most of his main rivals in running.

Keen to finish the day with (1) Fenech who looks a huge chance here after two straight wins and looks suited getting up to this trip 3rd up today. Gets through the ground well with four wins from seven attempts and looks a horse on the up. Dylan Gibbons is flying at the moment and the 3kg claim is very handy.

(4) Madam Charm will have no issues with the wet track today and has been a winner over this track/trip. Drops back in grade today after running 3rd in a bm68 and stepping back to this trip probably suits her better.

(3) Lake Tai looks the value in the race, and has flashed ability in his short career. Charged home to run 3rd last start in a close finish after three weeks between runs. Will only improve here.

Billy has been an avid racing fan ever since he and a few mates started a punters club once they turned 18. Following the initial punters clubs, he was properly hooked after landing a nice collect on Admire Rakti in the 2014 Caulfield Cup and has had a soft spot for Japanese horses ever since. Is a massive fan of 'blinkers first time' and has been known to enjoy a 'Hail Mary' multi. Loves punting across metro Sydney and Melbourne every Saturday but isn't scared to venture West late in the day to find a Pikey special.
